Damon manages all of Synergy’s clients’ bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and tax preparation needs. He excels at providing business owners with creative solutions that help save time and money. Damon’s strong suit is bringing a calm diplomacy to demanding business situations. Under pressure, Damon is able to collaborate with clients to reach an effective decision.

Damon is a technology wiz, who spearheaded Synergy’s campaign to go paperless and move its client’s data to a cloud based system. Prior to his epiphany, we used an abacus and scrolls.

Damon graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2000 with a degree in Business Administration — Finance. During his time at LMU, Damon played basketball for the Lions and worked at RGT Capital Management Group. Damon was born and raised in Santa Monica. He currently lives in Venice with his wife and daughter.
