Prior to forming the company Josh was the Marketing Director at an industry leading commercial insurance company, where he was an essential member of the team that grew revenues from $1,000,000 in 1990 to over $20,000,000 in 2001.

An avid surfer Josh was born, raised and currently resides in Santa Monica where he constantly pursues happiness with his wife and 4 children.
