Greg is a “hands-on,” enthusiastic and motivated individual who adds value to growing businesses. He is a small to medium-size business expert with the ability and experience to diagnose and develop ideal operational and financial systems that take businesses to the next level.

Greg began his consulting career in 1999, diagnosing his first company issue as “a bookkeeping inefficacy.” He co-founded Synergy Consulting, LLC in 2000 and, depending on the need of a client, will assume the role/s of Chief Operating and/or Finance Officer/s. This “special relationship” is structured to achieve technical milestones while establishing procedures, polices and reporting to Management, Boards and Investors.
